This website is operated by Cohen Capital Markets LLC ("Cohen Capital Markets," "CCM," "the firm," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using this website, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.
These terms apply only to use of this website and the materials it contains. They do not modify or supersede any engagement letter between the firm and a specific client. Where an engagement letter exists, the engagement letter governs the engagement; these terms govern only the website.
Section 02Informational purpose.
This website is informational. Its purpose is to describe the firm, the work the firm does, the verticals the firm covers, and the perspectives the firm publishes. Nothing on this website is, or should be construed as:

This section is material. Cohen Capital Markets LLC is not a registered broker-dealer and does not provide securities brokerage services, investment advisory services, tax advice, or legal advice. Where applicable, securities transactions are offered through a FINRA/SIPC-registered broker-dealer partner; Cohen Capital Markets and such partner are separate, unaffiliated entities.
When an engagement surfaces a need for securities execution, the matter is referred to the unaffiliated broker-dealer partner. The partner conducts its own evaluation, KYC, and onboarding, and operates under its own engagement terms.
Section 04No advice, no recommendation.

Submission of an inquiry does not constitute consent to enter into an engagement. The firm reserves the right, in its sole judgment, to decline any matter on conflict, capacity, or fit grounds.
Until an engagement letter is executed, communications through the inquiry form should not include privileged or particularly sensitive information. After engagement, communications channels and confidentiality protections are established by the engagement letter.
Section 07Intellectual property.
The website, the firm's name and marks, the design system, the photography and imagery, the analytical frameworks, the perspectives and briefs, and all other materials on this website (collectively, "the materials") are owned by Cohen Capital Markets LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
The firm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own internal informational purposes. The materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the firm's prior written permission.
